Free Monthly Drawing Statement

NOTE: Due to so many spam responses for the Free Monthly Drawing and because I have not been able to reach many of the most recent winners, I am now asking for complete address and phone number. This information will only be used should you be selected as the current month's winner. I do not hold on to the information but delete it all once the next winner is selected.

No, I don't have a sophistocated "winner picking" system in place to choose the Free Monthly Drawing winners. Here is how it's done:

The email addresses are placed into a separate folder on my Outlook Express window. At the end of the month, I go to a random number generator program (on the web) and enter the number of entries. The first number that comes up on the list is the one I use that corresponds to the entry number (entries are organized by date.)

Winners are notified by email. At least 3 email notices are sent out.  If the winner does not respond by the 8th of the month, a new winner is selected.

The Free Monthly Drawing is open to all friends of New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ. Pick-up of awards other than gift certificates is the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are offered "as is." There are no substitutions or reimubursements for unused gift certificates unless authorized by the gift certificate/prize provider.

Only ONE submission per person per month will be accepted. More than three entries will be considered spam and, at my discretion, that email may be permanently banned from the site.
